I would recommend one more tool for Instagram – Snoopreport https://snoopreport.com. It tracks Instagram user actions as likes, comments and follows so you can research other users way of engagement, e.g. your competitors or Instagram influencers

very interesting. I find myself on both sides of the spectrum almost daily. I strive for not just professionalism, but leadership in my profession–whatever that may be on a given day–marketing, customer service, administration, recreation programmer, etc. There are some times that I slip back into that amateur role, but thankfully, on most days, I am able to recognize it and make adjustments. Thank you for sharing this!
